Do we have to replace our current telematics?+
No. Fleet Performance works with or without telematics hardware and plugs into your existing systems: FMS / rFMS units, TMS, fuel invoices. We add a layer of measurement and analysis — we don't replace what already works for you.
How long before we're up and running?+
Deployment requires no development on your IT side. The timeline depends on the size of your fleet and the modules you choose; we'll give you a precise estimate during the demo.
How do you measure real consumption?+
We combine several sources: patented tank-volume sensors, FMS / rFMS engine signals, fuel invoices and TMS data. These sources are harmonized together, giving consumption accurate to the liter and verifiable, even across a fleet that mixes several brands.
Will the driver score put my drivers' backs up?+
No, because it takes context into account. In practice, we don't penalize a driver for burning more because they hauled 26 tonnes instead of 18, or because they crossed a mountain pass instead of running the main road. The score can be explained, so it can be defended — including in front of drivers and their representatives.
What about our biofuel, gas or electric vehicles?+
Each energy source is tracked for what it is: diesel, B100, HVO, CNG, LNG, electric, hydrogen. Emissions are calculated by energy type, accounting for the associated certificates (RED II, ISCC, 2BSvs), and are never counted as diesel by default.
How much does it cost?+
We price per connected vehicle and activated module. As a guide, the cost is less than 0.5% of a vehicle's monthly fuel bill, against an observed average saving of 10 to 30%. The quote is built on your actual fleet and the modules you choose.
