Fleetenergies

Who we are ?

We give a voice to logistics data.

Fleetenergies is the transport intelligence platform for the supply chain. We are already connected to vehicles, energy and transport operations, and we measure physical data where it happens: in the engine, in the tank, on the road.

Since 2009, that data has become operational performance, controlled costs and compliant carbon management. Shippers, carriers, logistics providers, OEMs, telematics and energy providers: everyone working from the same numbers.

Why we exist

Transport is still managed on averages.

The supply chain produces a mass of data. It stays scattered across telematics, TMS, ERP, energy invoices and flat files.

The result: shippers and carriers have no common baseline. Emissions are calculated with default factors, overstated by 30 to 50%. Excess consumption and fuel theft go unnoticed. And carbon reporting leads to no action plan.

We built Fleetenergies to close the gap between what gets declared and what actually happens on the road. Data measured once, understood by everyone, and usable by operations, procurement, finance and compliance.

Scattered data

Telematics, TMS, ERP, energy invoices, flat files: as many silos as there are sets of numbers.

No common baseline

Shippers and carriers negotiate without a shared reference, so nothing can be compared.

Emissions overstated by 30 to 50%

Default factors penalize the best-performing fleets and skew every trade-off.

Reporting with no action plan

Carbon stays a declaration exercise, never an operational lever.

Fleetenergies isn't one more carbon tool. It's the data platform that finally makes transport performance visible, comparable and manageable.

Our ambition

Making measured data the standard in European transport.

European road transport is entering a decade of new constraints: reporting under CSRD, the extension of the carbon market withETS2, auditability requirements on Scope 3. None of this can be handled with average factors.

We are building a collaborative platform where shippers and carriers work from the same numbers, where carbon performance becomes an objective purchasing criterion, and where the value created is indexed to emission reductions that are actually demonstrated.

What sets us apart

Real data, from one end of the supply chain to the other.

01
Real measured data

The only platform already connected to the logistics ecosystem and built on measured data. Fuel, energy, vehicle activity, transport operations: data is captured where it happens, with no estimates or industry averages.

02
Operational intelligence

From data to intelligence: real time, reporting, anomaly detection, benchmarking and simulation. Our business calculation engines and our AI turn field data into signals, alerts and scenarios.

03
Measurable impact

Fuel becomes a margin lever, carbon a decision variable. Performance is comparable across sites, lanes and carriers, with a return on investment you can prove.

Our foundation

Our asset: seventeen years of physical transport data.

Since 2009 we have been collecting real vehicle consumption at the source. Collection has run continuously, never interrupted, building a foundation no modelled approach can reproduce.

That foundation is what lets us get down to fine granularity : by vehicle, by driver, by depot, by mission, all the way to the shipment. Taking topography, payload and driving style into account.

Where standardized approaches apply an average factor, we measure.

Measure

Data captured in the vehicle and in the tank, not reconstructed after the fact.

Harmonise

Cleaning, standardization and governance to make heterogeneous fleets, tools and carriers comparable.

Deliver

Dashboards, alerts, compliant reporting and scenarios, for every team.

Our story

Fleetenergies milestones

2009
Founding and R&D

Fleetenergies is founded to change fleet management by actually measuring fuel consumption instead of estimating it.

2012
Commercial Launch

After several years of research, the first solutions for tracking and reducing consumption reach the market.

2018
Connected fleets at scale

Thousands of vehicles equipped and flagship customers: Saint-Gobain, Mauffrey, Point P. The physical database becomes an industrial asset.

2022
Opening up to shippers

Transport carbon becomes manageable on the shipper side, with ISO 14083-compliant calculation and traceability down to the shipment. New governance, faster product development.

2025
New AI platform, three solutions

Fleet Performance, Transport Intelligence and Fuel Trace: one common data foundation, three business views.

Ecosystem and partners

At the heart of the supply chain

Data only has value if it moves. We connect natively to the systems that run transport, and our APIs let data flow in and back out to the tools our customers already use, with no heavy integration project.

That position puts us at the intersection of every player in the chain. Our value grows with each new player connected, because comparison becomes possible.

Team and governance

A team that knows both the field and the data.

Around thirty people split between Marseille and Central Europe : engineering and R&D, field operations, customer success, carbon expertise. Our teams install, connect and run the data at our customers' sites, which is why what we measure holds up.
