1. Data controller
FLEETENERGIES SAS (SIRET 983 980 657 00016), whose registered office is at 24 Avenue du Prado, 13006 Marseille, France, is responsible for the processing carried out through the www.fleetenergies.io website. For any question about your data or to exercise your rights, write to r.quittard@fleetenergies.io.
2. Data we process
Form data (demo request): last name, first name, work email address, company, profile (shipper, carrier…) and job, as well as the page the form is sent from and your IP address. If you accepted statistics cookies, the request is also linked to your previous visits to the site.
Browsing data, only with your consent: pages viewed, where the visit comes from, type of device and browser, cookie identifiers (see part 8).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Answering your request and arranging the call you ask for: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Sending you information about our solutions afterwards, in connection with your professional activity: legitimate interest; you can object at any time, in particular with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Protecting our forms against bots and abuse: legitimate interest (security of the site).
Measuring the site's audience, measuring how well our ads work and showing you our ads: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Processors and recipients
Your data is used by Fleetenergies' sales and marketing teams. It is neither sold nor rented. Our processors handle it on our behalf: HubSpot Ireland Ltd. (customer relationship management, meeting booking, cookie banner, statistics and advertising cookies), Cloudflare, Inc. (protection of the forms against bots) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (hosting of the site and processing of the forms on Microsoft Azure).
If you accept advertising cookies, the advertising platforms Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Ads), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company receive browsing data. For the collection and transmission of this data by their tags, Fleetenergies and each platform are joint controllers; what the platform does with it afterwards is its sole responsibility and falls under its own privacy policy.
Some of these providers, or their parent companies, are based in the United States (HubSpot, Cloudflare, Microsoft, Google, Meta, LinkedIn). These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which these companies have joined, or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention periods
Form data: 3 years from our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a customer. Your cookie choice: 6 months. The lifetime of each cookie is given in part 8.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and to restrict its processing, the right to object (including, at any time, to direct marketing), the right to data portability and the right to set instructions on what happens to your data after your death. When processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, write to r.quittard@fleetenergies.io; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) at www.cnil.fr.
7. Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS), the forms are protected against bots, and access to form data is limited to authorised Fleetenergies staff.
8. Cookies and trackers
Necessary (always on): the HubSpot cookies that remember your choice (__hs_cookie_cat_pref, 6 months) and, until you accept statistics, your refusal of tracking (__hs_do_not_track, 6 months), and on the pages with a form, Cloudflare Turnstile's bot check. They are not used to track you.
Analytics (with your consent): HubSpot cookies that measure the audience and link your visits together: __hstc and hubspotutk (6 months), __hssc (30 minutes), __hssrc (end of the session).
Advertisement (with your consent): advertising tags loaded by HubSpot, which measure how well our campaigns work and let us show you our ads on these platforms: Google Ads (_gcl_au, 90 days), Meta (_fbp, 3 months) and LinkedIn (li_fat_id, 30 days, plus cookies LinkedIn sets on its own domain).
The cookie banner is HubSpot's: to show it and record your choice, your browser contacts HubSpot's servers, which receive your IP address. Before you choose, and if you refuse, no tracking cookie is set and no page view is sent to HubSpot; refusing does not limit your access to the site. The banner's "Functionality" category is not used by any tool today. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
